,,Samshvilde’’ on the Annual Meeting of the Archaeological Institute of America

 

On January 5th, 2018, 119th annual archaeological meeting was held in Boston (USA), organized by the Archaeological Institute of America.

The project of the University of Georgia – Samshvilde /Archaeological and Interdisciplinary studies/ was presented there by director of the International Archaeological Centre of the UG prof. David Berikashvili.

It is noteworthy, that Archaeological Institute of America is world’s leading institution in the field of archaeology organizing annual meetings at the beginning of every year. While the University of Georgia is the first Georgian University officially invited on this summit.
